In our first session, we will establish a clear foundation, crafting a microdosing program tailored to your needs. Ongoing mentorship offers a holistic approach, weaving in complementary practices such as altar work, deepening intention, prayer, breathwork, bioenergetic shaking, cold water immersion, and connection with plant allies. If you are a healer or coach, we can also explore how microdosing can support your work with clients and how to skillfully integrate it into your offerings.
